If you are a really big guy and you need an all weather protection garment, this will get the job done. It has a full zippered front. Two large pockets in lower front and two chest pockets. Chest measurement is 68". the length of the jacket is 42". I would considered this an outer layer rain/windbreaker. Like new condition
