"Scotty Do and his Eagle Crew"

This was an outstanding Eagle project completed by Scott in the spring of '99.  This is an example of an erosion control project using natural vegetation gathered at the site to build a control network to catch silt a grow trees to hold the bank in place.  Eighty posts were planted.  After six month, 70 have taken root and sprouted leaves...a living thing!!
