Plenty of room for parking House has been recently repainted. Has aluminum siding on part of house, stucco on rest Nice cabinets in kitchen. Will need to get another refrigerator Small Breakfast area with ceiling fan opposite kitchen needs a table.

Nice open Dining/Living room combination.  Looking to patio doors From living room looking at kitchen with pass through bar area. Looking across living room to hall Looking from front entry in to living room Looking from dining area across living room. Note fan in center of room.

Looking down hall from just inside entry (on left) First bedroom on the left down the hall.  It is the smallest. The second bedroom down the hall on the left is reasonable sized. Turning right at the end of the hall, then left into the bathroom. We will need to enclose the tub area and add a shower head where the three pictures are on the wall. Master bathroom with shower stall.  This is quite nice.

Looking into Master bedroom from door. Outside the window is the backyard "pool" Master bedroom is reasonable size with fan and mirror doors (makes it look larger too). Looking back down the hall towards the living room.  The small bedroom is on the right. Living room area from the end of the hall Patio and cover from sliding glass patio door.  There is a brick BBQ in the right corner. Would probably remove it?? Stepping out side the door and looking to the left at the pool and deck area.  I think that is a storage shed behind.

Enough of a pool for cooling the body in summer when needed; and still easy to maintain. The deck area will eventually need some repair in a couple of spots. There is a reasonably wide walkway on each side of the house with a gate on each side.  Locks need to be added because of the pool. Nice garage with closed storage above with pull down ladder. Freezer, Washer & Dryer will stay. Newer power panel in garage. older panel in back of house There are a couple of broken fence posts in the back fence that need fixing. Home Depot has plates to drive into the ground to do this.
