It does not get any better than this at a very
affordable price. Just 2 1/2 miles down Alii Drive from Kailua or Keauhou; close
to shopping and the action if you want it and just far enough away for peace and
quiet. You are within half a mile of White Sands Beach and 2 miles from the
great swimming/snorkeling area of Kahaluu Beach Park. Scuba diving and fishing
is close by with commercial operations in Kailua. Our 1215 square foot, two
bedroom two bath condo with large kitchen and lanai, is just across the street
from the ocean, a great place to walk and explore.
Sleeps six. NO Smoking in the unit or on the Lanai. The view from the
Lanai is awesome. The small 14 unit
complex is like a country club with private swimming pool, BBQ area, two
tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, and reception area.
Golf courses are within a couple of miles. 
An additional plus is the under building assigned
parking which protects your car and keeps it cool. Air conditioning is available but is only needed
during the hotter summer months. Handicap access
from elevator in the parking garage. I prefer
to open the back door and all the windows and let the mountain and ocean breezes
blow through for natural cooling. On site manage is available for check-in and
